Arrow question

Fist traditional bow decided to put the compound down. Just got my dads old Root Bushmaster x133 45lbs just need arrows. Looking at getting Gold tip heavy hunter or Arrow dynamics hammer head. They will be cut to 29 inches and have 175 grain heads. My bow is 45lbs at 28 and my draw is 28. Not sure on the spine the heavy hunters are 400 or 320 and the hammer heads are 35-55 or 55-70. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start with 500's. 3555's might work for you as well

45 pounds you could shoot 35/55's and probably even shoot 15/35s. I shoot a 48 pound bow and use a gold tip 35/55's 29.25 inches long with a 50 grain insert and 145 grain point. flew just slightly weak out of my bow when bare shafted. fletched and everything they fly fantastic.

3555 GT Trad blems from Big Jim cut to your stated length with 100gr brass inserts installed and a 175 head should do you just about right. They'll be plenty heavy.
I shoot 28.75" 3555 GT Trad blems from Big Jim w/100gr inserts and 125 and 145 tips which fly wonderfully out of my 46@27 Grayling Super Grizzly.

I'd go with the hammerheads. You'll probably need the lite version. Arrow dynamics shafts are almost dummy proof. You can basically cut to length, pick a head, and start shooting. I can shoot heads from 225 to 300 grains out of the same bow and they all fly great. Can't do that with gold tips...
