ASAT Camo - Quiet?

Thinking about buying some ASAT from  http://www.asatcamo.com/
Insulated Bomber Jacket and the 3 in 1 Parka.
Anybody used it?  Just wondering if the stuff is quiet.  I prefer fleece but it's too costly.
