X2!  There can be no accuracy without consistency. A perfectly tuned arrow to the bow and the way you shoot it will help that, but form is always first.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.

Form first, good tuning second!

The good tuning won't do you much good if you don't have good form!

Good form for sure. You'll never get the bow tuned without it.

Not one to buck the system here. But I'm going with ARROW.  you could have the best form ever. And it could be consistent shot over shot. But if the arrow doesn't work for the bow. It just won't happen.

This could be a bit like the chicken criticizing the egg or the egg the chicken ...

All are of course important and among the three items you listed I would rank Form, Arrow, and Bow.  Form would be on a scale of 10 would be 10.  The arrow would be 8, and the bow (sorry bowyers) less than 5.

Have someone perfectly tune a top of the line bow with great arrows and hand it to someone who's form is wanting and impressive won't be among the adjectives describing the adventure.

When teaching someone how to shoot I don't care much at all about the equipment as long as it fits, is safe, and is comfortable. Then we learn to shoot. In fact, I wouldn't even start with a bow when teaching or learning to shoot. A loop of non-elastic string does the trick without distractions.

Form plus tuning over arrow equal accuracy.

F+T/A=  :archer2:

If any part of this equation is missing the rest doesn't matter one bit.

Form!!

If you have bad form, you will not be able to differentiate between your form, or any tuning issues when you are have accuracy problems or bad arrow flight.

110% Form! You can have the best in bows and arrows, poor form and it's all for nothing.

I was always taught that if you have your form down and know your bow, all arrows are your arrows.  But form above all.

Form first and foremost.  With good form you can get away with a lot.

To me it's similar to asking:  What's more important?  Driving skill, the motor, or the fuel?  Without skill, the rest is useless.

I think well tuned arrows. You can improve form with practice and diligent work, but if the arrows are not matched well all the form in the world is not going to amount to much.

FORM ... and ONE arrow - almost any arrow will do.

if more than one arrow, they all better be well matched.    ;)

"archery" - consistency be thy name.
