New 2008 "Kanati " 3 piece takedown rocks
« on: September 24, 2007, 10:01:00 PM »
http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h58/buckvalley/kanati.jpg                                                                                                                                              Hey gang a fellow Trad Ganger and bowyer Jason Kendall has did it again. He has designed a all new 3 piece take down longbow. This one is a prototype. 58 " 50 @ 28 at 9.5 grains per lbs it shots 185 fps. It has a killer prfile and a awsome grip and a forward handle this bow is very stable .Hats of to Jason for yet designing another great bow. What do you guys think of the looks. I will post more pictures of the grip and riser later. Just so excited I had to share it with the gang. Thanks Chad

Looks great.  I have shot a few of Jason's bows.  They are super nice.

Yes, I have shot the proto-type a lot and I have a Lefty on order. It is due the End of December or First of Jan. He is still working on back orders and then we got hunting season in the middle of that. I can't wait to get it.

More pics! I love Jason's bows. I will own one eventually. This one is VERY interesting. My cousin has one of the original JK longbows. I don't know how Jason can make such short bows draw so smoothly with no finger pinch or handshock.

NICE!  Jason's bows are always great shooters.
