Wow... A really nice bow. I'm all new to Java man bows but I'm liking what I am discovering.
Do you have any full length pics of it strung?
Cheers,
ak.

Thanks for the pics, but you missed the important part... The take down system.... Can you show us that?
Thanks

Nice bow...I see there's a small thumb rest. I love having a thumb rest, had Kempf put one on my longbow and of course Fedora is standard. Good luck with the bow.

Here are the requested pics of:
- Take down system (bow bolt)I've had (5) bows from Gregg with this system and no issues.
- Full bow unstrung

Hope this helps.

FYI, Yellow Dog is responsible for trying I-Beam's on my bows. This is the 2nd, and both turned out well. The first is a one piece.
Larry was gracious enough, and agreed to have it on his bow. You get more wood showing with enough strength for the Bow Bolt.

Exclusive option for Yellowdog and me! :p
I'm not a fan of phenolic so I was glad Gregg let me try it.
Drawing just shy of 28" Yella.

Are you going to put a bow quiver on it? If so, which one?

Now if that shelf were just on the other side, I'd call it perfect.

Dear Shrewman,
Thanks for taking the time to post the take down system. I would like to try the bolt system one day as it looks so much neater than the rest.
Beautiful bow by the way... I shall keep an eye out for Javaman bows in the classifieds.
Cheers
Alex
