what is the sturdiest strap on quiver there is?

I am in the market for a new strap on quiver.  I have owned Bigjim 5 arrow strap on before, i loved everything about it, except how it wasn't as sturdy as i would have liked it to be(i do understand others may have had different results, but my results are my own).  It would often take 2 hands to put a quiver back in the hood, arrows would shake loose after several shots, etc.  

I currently own GN and do not like how the 4th and 5th arrow are behind the bar making the arrows hard to get in and out(again, others have different experiences here).  

I would like a strap on or a limb bolt mountable quiver that is "rock solid".

I guess I would ask why does it have to be a strap on quiver?  I think if you went with a bolt on quiver you would get more rock solid.  I know when I built my quiver I tried the two piece design and it continually rattled loose.  I took a strap of aluminum and connected the hood and the gripper and bolted it to the riser with inserts and it is pretty dang rock solid.  Maybe a Selway that goes under the limb bolts.  I would avoid the one that is 2 piece and mounts onto riser inserts.  I made mine out of a Bateman quiver hood and a GN gripper.  I have since painted the aluminum strap dull grey.  Good luck on your quest, I hate a quiver that rattles also!

I've had most of the but I like the Selway Strap-on best.  Very light weight and easy to install with no movement at all.

limb Bolt mounting is definitely an option, but i would have to have a quick removal option. , i just find a strap on is more convenient(but my GN is pretty easily taken on and off, i just HATE how the 4th and 5th arrow aren't easily grabbed.(though i may NEVER need these arrows its the thought that counts.

Selway limb bolt is rock solid and arrows are arranged in line, not a semicircle.

marksman quivers wins hands down. proven in the toughest terrain and weather in new zealand. it's a completely modular system too. all of his hoods and grippers fit any of his strap on brackets. this means if you wanted to you could buy a set of brackets for each bow you wanted them for and you would be able to quickly change the hood and gripper between bows without removing brackets.

Duane Jessop recently made this Linx quiver for me. I've never owned or seen a tougher and more functional quiver. The center shaft really turns it into a strong, rigid unit. I like the GN quivers for sturdiness and own 4 of them, but the arrow(s) on the inside are a deal-breaker for me.

can you send a pic showing how far away from the bow the quiver is?

For a strap-on, I like the EFA. The velcro on the straps allows it to be cinched down however tight you need it, and I haven't ever had to re-adjust mine. It's in the same spot that it was in when I put it on (about 2 yrs. ago), after several hunting excursions and 3D tourneys.
