muzzy phantom 105 or 200 grain

I was looking at shooting the phantoms, and was wondering when I GET MY BOW BARE SHAFT TUNED will the 200 grain throw off anything apposed to the 100 grain? How should I start to bareshaft tune? I will be shooting a black widow 62 inch 54lb@28 in recurve.Rodger suggest that I start with a 2216 alluminum and thats what I will try,  but how long of a shaft. I ordered a "tuner arrow" with the bow and he will send it with the bow. Thank guys!!

How long are you drawing? What point you use should be decided by what weight tunes the arrow best to your bow.

2216 sounds awful stiff IMO.
