Selway Quiver Weight?
« on: August 17, 2014, 10:22:00 PM »
I bought a selway slide on quiver for my longbow recently and found it to be very heavy and makes my bow feel unbalanced. Just curious if anyone knows how much one of these weigh? I know the efa 3 arrow model weighs about 3.5 ounces....just wanted to compare the difference between the two to see if picking up an efa might be a little better option for me.

Get the strap-on model.  It seems much lighter to me than any of the others.

i have both the selway and the eagle flight, the selway is indeed at least twice as heavy, albeit its a 5 arrow as compared to a 3 arrow efa, but i have the same opinion, how it unbalances my longbow, i op for no quiver on the longbow and the selway on my recurves, and the efa on some of my selfbows, rich

Selway is heavier, but I kind of like that.  The extra mass helps for a steadier hold, quiets the bow, reduces hand shock, etc.
