My biggest is still this one. Same buck as in my Avitar. 2006. Habu recurve. Woodsman head.

Compared to most on this thread, this one is pretty puny, but it's still my biggest ever and I killed it with a longbow and arrows I made.  November 2013.

That buck mounted in velvet is one of the best mounts i'd say I've ever seen, kudos to your taxi guy/gal   :clapper:    :clapper:

Nice buck and one to be proud of jsweka ! Not everyone (me included) live in areas that produce bucks like some of the others here kill. The areas I hunt don't have giants and deer numbers are very low. I could and use to travel out of state to the popular trophy destination and have done very well with modern equipment, but my idea of success has changed as I've gotten older. But with that said I still chase the best whitetails I have available to hunt !;^)

Thanks John, We have two or three top shelf deer stuffers (my wifes term) in the area. That was the largest bodied deer I've killed so far. The taxi had to order a special form for it. The chest was enormous.
