Bad, Bad, Bad Week.
« on: August 29, 2014, 05:44:00 PM »
First I had my nephews bow working on it and I was shooting it and Bam!  The bottom limb blew.  Second The US Mail Service has lost a box...with my new TallTines in it.

I'll be posting a Predator Classic Riser in the classifieds in the next day or so.

The box will most likely show up, followed by a big sigh of relief from you.

The bow that blew up... well, that is bad but a part of life.  Sorry about your misfortune.  It won't seem so bad after the USPS finds and delivers your Tall Tines.  Before long it will be nothing but a bad memory.
Life is a whole lot easier when you just plow around the stump.

That's a bummer! It does seem like when it rains it pours.

Could have been worse! Just glad you weren't hurt and ruin your upcoming season. Take care and hope your Talltines shows up unharmed.

I hear you.  Hate when the mojo is $&@(ed up!!  Had a bad day myself...went mountain biking with my brother today and while we were on the trail some piece of filth broke into my car, cleared out our wallets and then used our credit cards to go on a Walmart and Walgreens shopping spree worth over $1300.  Thankfully we contacted our banks immediately and closed everything and won't be liable for the charges.  Working with the PD and stores to find the culprit on CCTV camera using the cards because stores can track the transaction amounts and time stamp to the registers he checked out on.  I say "he" because he charged $40 at a Chinese restaurant around lunch time and we were able to call the place and they remembered the transaction amount and gave us the discriptjon of the man.  We did the math and apparently we missed him by a matter of minutes on our way back to the car.  Oh we wished we would have caught him.  We wish it so bad.

I am so sorry the bow broke.  That is way more a bummer than what happened to me.  And I have my fingers crossed for your Tall Tines.  USPS will probably come through, sometimes they are slow.  Keep the faith.

Looked like it had never been mailed.  Apparently someone dropped the ball at the PO when it was mailed because it didn't have any of the tracking stickers on the box and that must really mess with the priority system.

Get him chuck! Our cars got broke into last night. Luckily nothing expensive was taken. It's disturbing though to find everything in your cars torn through and left a mess.
