I just read that the Fed's put the wolf back on the protected list and all licenses have been cancelled - is that true?

I just found this while looking for another story.  Anyone recall a guy named Chuck (from Canada) arrowing a wolf a few years ago? Think he shot it while bear hunting in Saskatchewan??

That could be the case in Wy. Not in Mt. or Id.
