Well, what happened?  I hunted East of you and saw 7 pigs and 1 bear but tough hunting.

Thanks for the welcome back comments.  Felt great to actually be back in the woods WITH a bow and know I could shoot a critter.


Wow....had a great morning hunt...lots of hog sign...but not much bear sign.  So, went to overlook and had lunch near the top...and went hunting not far from there to one of 'our spots', and no bear sign at ALL there.  Saw only a couple of squirrels all day.  Slow it was.....but I was there.

I was closer though on the morning hunt....not far behind this one I got to follow tracks for a while...

Glad your back at it Terry. I missed my first bow season in 35 years last fall due to neck and shoulder problems. But like you i am back at it.  It was a long road that took some time but that's another story.TD.
