« on: September 17, 2014, 10:00:00 PM »
Well I went out Monday evening here in lake county it was raining I got soaked ! I didn't see any deer but it felt great to be back in the woods hunting. Did anyone else get a chance to get out? I hope everyone has a great anc memorable season

They were horrible until it started raining. I guess they were smart enough to get out of it.   :knothead:

I don't have a urban spot and try to hunt in KY once or twice in September.  Always going to deal with the heat and bugs this time of year but it still gets the season going and hunt underway.  My friends who have a urban spot have not had success yet, not much moving till dark.  Moon phase is really bad right now.   :(

October 1st is just around the corner for the rest of us!!!

Our "urban zones" crack me up.  I know the line has to be drawn somewhere but the fact that you can hunt on one side of the river and not the other, with no urban area for miles is comical.

We need to just open the statewide season 2 weeks earlier and be done with it!
Take care,
Jason
