Congratulations on a great hunt !

I have to say I am very envious.  I have been putting in for a moose license for - I don't know- maybe 15 years now and have not been drawn yet.  Gotta keep hoping tho.

Good for you on that decision.  I remember letting a very nice whitetail buck stand in one of my shooting lanes at about twelve yards and let him go because there was a nicer 20" buck in the area. To date that was the nicest buck I have had a chance to shoot. Who knows if I will ever get a chance like that again.
