Slow down and enjoy life.  It's not only the scenery you
miss by going too fast - you also miss the sense of where
you are going and why.

I have had a couple PMs and calls about the hunt.

This is an open invitation hunt for free range hogs!!!!!  All you need is a bow(preferably a trad bow...but if you have a buddy that has wheels I wont hold it against ya too bad...LOL)and a desire to hunt hogs and have a good time!!!

Just learnin...

We are EAST of KC....LOL

Snakes.....in March the weather could be 30 or it could be 75!!!!! or it could be BOTH from Friday to Sunday!!!  Gotta love SEMO weather!

snakes should not be an issue.....never had a problem with them even in the summer....BUT anything is possible.  I would not worry about it myself.

If you are crossing at Wyckliff go across Ohio river then Mississippi toward Charleston till you hit HY60 then west past Sikeston,Dexter then @20 more miles to the T highway exit and head north about 10 miles and Millers Motor lodge will be on the right!

Huntschool...we will get together when ya have a chance!!! negative on the gun....have not tried....been busy hunting!!!!!

All you have to have is your own gear.....I am putting out the bait/feeders.....scouting by water/land/air.....etc

you do not need any license to hog hunt here in MO.  So the cost is whatever it takes for you to get here and stay in a motel and eat!!!!!

It is all free range hogs.  We are staying at millers motor lodge, and that is at wappapello MO.

If you go to the bottom of this page you will see "this topic comprises 7 pages"....just click on 1 then read it then 2 then read it etc.....ALL INFO is included in those 7 pages.

If you have more ??? just PM me and we will talk!!

thanks

I know that I talked about this in the beginning, but what about boats??? I have a 1756 with a 48 horse.

Some of the hogs would be easier to get to by boat!  I will scout some by boat and bait some by boat.  WHo is gonna bring one along???

This will also be a full moon so if it is clear there is the possibility of some night hunting.

Everyone should be able to hunt however they please.  Stand(bring climber if you wanna stand hunt), stalking, pushing thickets, wallows, food plots, trail....etc

thanks
