Osage and Snakewood Elkheart
« on: October 20, 2014, 01:05:00 PM »
This bow came out real nice, so thought I'd post a few pics.  Its a 56" Elkheart, 54#@28".  Headed for Germany in a few days.

Veneers are Osage and Snakewood from Troy Breeding at woodgallery295.com.

Thanks gentlemen.

In case you didn't notice, Troy is to blame for the fine veneers.  He's good to work with too.

That's one of the prettiest bows I have seen.  Love the Osage and the Snakewood sets it off.

The more I see this bow the better I like it. If Gregg keeps building them like this I may just have to send him some of my really fancy veneers to build me a bow.
