Got my Timberghost
« on: October 21, 2014, 10:25:00 PM »
Hello gang, a while back I called Kent and made plans to try out a couple of his bows I was able to shoot both his take down and one piece hybrids both where great shooting bows in every way but there was just something about the one piece Smoke that just felt right so I put in my order.
Anyway, I picked up my Smoke yesterday and am very happy with the bow it turned out looking great and man is it a shooter.
It is very very smooth, quiet, shoots right where I look, and man does it throw an arrow.
I know when you think about Kent's bows you probably think about his take downs and they are great but do not over look his one piece bows.
Mine is 56" 48@27 maybe I can talk Kent into posting some pics of it for me.

Very nice, I have a static recurve on order.  Looks like my foray into longbows is going to have to be a smoke.  Congrats on a fantastic bow.

Wow, great wood combo! I have a riser with phenolic in it and love it, adds extra weight making it a joy to shoot. Congrats.
