Kansas double!
« on: November 16, 2014, 08:04:00 PM »
I finally took my first yote with my recurve this am. She came in and bedded nearby. After a quick scramble toward a squirrel, I squeaked and she came into the dry creek bed.
Not long after she left, a nice doe came in and gave me an opportunity I couldn't pass up.  Although I've seen bucks running around the last week, and had 3 P&Y within 10 feet on the ground, I'm happy with today's success.
To God be the glory!

Thx all!  It was a pretty good day.  It was cold, but great to be out there in the snow...makes for great tracking!

The Timberghost is a sweet bow! Shoots'm with authority.  The pic of the yote with my bow; the TG is leaned against a buck rub. That area is gonna produce a buck for me at some point. I've already let two 2 y/o bucks walk by that stand and it's only been up a week.

Awesome!  That's a cool morning    :D  ...

Great job. Thanks for sharing.
Bowhunting is a passion, not an obsession. Its just hard for my wife to tell the difference sometimes.
