Randy... may I respectfully suggest you re-post the dates in your initial post#1 ?
"I've set the dates for the 22nd thru the 26th of April. "

I have gone back and had to re-find the dates 3 different times myself!    :knothead:    :help:

I sure hope to go, but just will have to wait closer to ETA to see if the stars line up.

There are some youtube videos of hog hunting on Old Sabine Bottoms for those who are interested. There is also a report of a man who watched a female bigfoot kill a hog at OSB a few years back. She beat the hog to death according to the hunter....just sayin..lol.

I talked to Chris Farrel the site manager today. He said the hog population is good and one hunter has killed nine hogs in the last year. There is no potable water on site so carry in your water. Said there are 3 camp areas. One is dry most all the time but the other two can get wet. Lets hope for dry weather!

Making up some special arrows for WMA hunting, orange cresting and fletching.  They are matched for my new longbow.  Have the time blocked out from job number one, number two is in the works.  Mentally I'm all in.

We're getting close! Sorry but I have no scouting to report as of late. Work sucks! I do know that everything is WET right now. The river flooded a couple weeks back. But it looks like we've got some good weather ahead! I'll try to get out next week so I can make a report!
