By far my favorite bow .I posted on your other thread about aluminum arros.
I shoot axis from my 66lbs VK.The 340's w/ a 190gr point shoot extremely well.I think you maybe under spined.Bareshaft tune and see.My guess is you'll need a 400 axis w/ a 175/200grs up front.
That is what I was thinking also. Chris had also said I may need the 400 with his bow. When I get some time I will check and see.

I took a brand new bow down to Texas for a spring Jav and Hog hunt. By the time we got back that bow was "old hat". Your bow will be pretty with or without scratches but I will keep my fingers crossed for you

I had just got a new Morrison riser once. Took it down to the local pro shop to show it off to a few friends. A young man working there knocked it off the counter and you can imagine what happen. I didn't even have the limbs for it yet. So I know all about those first scratches, even it you don't get to put em in there.

I definatly didn't get her to hang it on the wall and look at it.

Once you kill a few critters w/ it the scratches are memories of the journey.

Hope it's not 4 months.  It's a little late already.  No big deal, but we'll have snow soon and I'd like to have something to do this winter.

I have found several shafts that work well with my
VyperKahn. Mine is 47# @ 28". I draw a little over 27" so I am probably at about 45#. I get good arrow flight with 2115's and 2016's. You could probably use 2115's. I recently bought some Beaman carbons (500's) but haven't made them up yet.
Chris makes a great bow. His craftmanship is second to none. Mine is smooth, fast and accurate.
It is my go to bow. My favorite by far. I have a set of carbon limbs ordered for mine, 47 @ 27. It will be a while for these yet.
Good luck with your VK.
