Hello from North Carolina
«

Hey everyone I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dan and I'm 25 years old. I'm fairly new to traditional archery and just moved to Asheville, NC with my wife. I shoot a PSE Kudu at 45#. I'm also new to hunting. I started hunting with a crossbow and then switched to a compound. But after 2 successful deer hunts I switched to traditional. I'm not good enough to hunt with the recurve yet but I'll get there. Hope to see some of you around sometime.

Yeah I started hunting 2 years ago. So I'm still new to it. But I switched from the crossbow to compound because I just didn't like the crossbow at all. It was too easy and then once I got the compound I felt the same. Once the bow was sighted in, it was the same story. So I got a recurve and never looked back. I not ready to hunt yet but I love it so much. There's so much enjoyment I get out of traditional archery. When I shot the crossbow and compound I didn't feel the same.

When I say 2 successful deer hunts I don't mean I got 2 deer in just 2 hunts. I took me a whole season before I made meat. But after the 2 deer I killed I just had to make a change.
