I use testors enamel.

My question is how can I make teal color for cresting.

You put a little bit of green in a small cup and mix a little of the blue paint into it, until you get your desired color. You can lighten by adding some white .Ive done it this way a few times myself.

First time to post a picture ever.

The teal on the left and the powder blue on the right, those are the colors I am trying to create.

I copied and saved this pic. from elsewhere, not my photo.

If you are unsuccessful at mixing to your satisfaction, there are dozens of model paints, besides Testors, out there. Go to a GOOD model shop, you'll be amazed! Stick with enamels or lacquers though as acrylics tend to dry too fast.
Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm
not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!

I just found this really neat website to mix colors. Just click the primary and secondary colora (in your case blue and green) as many times to get your color and then mix proportionally.
