It's not just a trip that you should make some day, but that you HAVE to make. And sooner rather than later.

I go every year. If you go - take your wallet. Search the PowWow forum for denton or ETAR and you'll find all kinds of threads with pictures.

It's definitely a buyers shoot. Don't get me wrong, the courses are fun - but it's definitely the place to go if you have a shopping list (especially if that shopping list includes a new bow).

There's a group of guys from tradgang that go every year and shoot together, make sure to check around when everyone's making plans and I'm sure you can meet up with some if you were making the trip alone.

BTW has anyone heard anything about Denton this year? There was a post on Stickbow that maybe they wasn't going to open this year for skiing cause of lost revenue and that may affect the summer archery? Hopefully someone can shed some light on that.

I'm pretty sure when Mike and Shaun have the details worked out they will report back to us.

If you want pics of Denton Hill, go over to the Trad Events form and do a search on "Denton Hill" or "ETAR".  Lots of threads from past years with lots of pics.

Hope this is ok to post. It is a video that I found today of ETAR 2014.

Last year was my first time... took my 11 y.o. grand-daughter and she LOVED IT! She can't wait to go back. My wife even enjoyed it and she doesn't shoot.

We shot, and shot, and shot. Looking forward to the next one.
