The main difference is the length. The superior is longer and the baraga is shorter. Both are mild reflex reflex bows.
I have a baraga and love it!!! Its my new favorite bow!!
Steve is a genuine top notch guy that builds a great bow with incredible attention to detail.
I did an article on Steve and his bows. I'd post the link to it but I can't do it on my phone.  If you click my signature then click articles its right there. Includes a bunch of pics as well.

I have had both and still have a Baraga. The only reason I sold the Superior was I dropped down in poundage, would buy another in a heartbeat. Great bows, great bowyer and a real neat guy to talk to.

The Baraga has a little more reflex deflex.

From Steve's website:

The Baraga is a more versatile version of the Superior, with slight alterations to maintain the quick, crisp feel upon release, characteristic of a reflex-deflex bow. It is shorter than the Superior, with a modified limb design that maintains the performance benefits a reflex-deflex bow. This model is popular among ground-blind and tree-stand hunters because of its maneuverable size and accommodating limb structure, customized to the shooters draw length. The Baraga is suitable for archers with any draw length and available in 60” to 64”.
Either would be a great bow to own.  I previously owned a Baraga and will own one of Steve's bows in the future.

I own both a Baraga and a Whisper. They are both incredible bows. The truth is, you won't be disappointed with any of Steve's bows. Personal preference.

I own a Baraga and was very hesitant because of its 60" length. In my mind a longbow should be 68"s or more. but after all the good thing I read about the Baraga had to get one and it is now my favorite D.

As said...not much difference other than length, my preference is a 66" Superior. Had a 62" Baraga, great bow but a little too short for my taste.

Can't speak to the Baraga. However I have a Superior and love it. Steve does indeed make a fine bow.

I have a 64" Baraga and I draw 27,,, even though I'm a big fan of 66-68" bows if you are getting just one NM go for the Baraga in the shortest length your most comfortable with and then get the superior later or better yet get the Shelton.

but for right out of the gate its Baraga

I bought a used Baraga here off of the classifieds and it was by far one of the smoothest/ quietest bows I have ever had. I sold it and now wished I would have kept it.However I am on his list and waiting for the call
