Limbsations and the Orange Blossom Special!
« on: January 03, 2015, 05:31:00 PM »
Thought I'd be a little different and make my bow well, somewhat different. So, I put some Limbsations Copperhead prints on the limbs. Didn't do a great job toward the tips but, not to bad for my first try.

Looks like a nice job, I tried them once but they seemed to have a shine to them, other than that they looked really good.

Thanks everyone! I like them and would probably use them again. Gives the bow a little character without the expense. Best thing is, when I get tired of them, all I have to do is peel them off with no residue.

I have the same ones one on of my bows.  They look great.  If you want to knock down the shine a little, put a light coat of paste car wax on them, but don't buff it off.  It dries with a dull haze.

Surprisingly, these don't have much of a shine to them. Maybe they're doing the finish different now?
