New to forum and getting back into traditional
« on: January 13, 2015, 07:19:00 PM »
Just getting back into traditional, haven't shot a recurve in years. I'm using an old 25# Browning Prep I used to shoot when I was I kid in the mid 70's to work on my form. I also have my hunting bow from my teenage years a 50# bear black bear recurve, hope to be shooting that by summer if possible. I took my first whitetail with it when I was 14. Hoping to find some good info and some tips, seems to be a good forum.

Welcome...  Where are you from in NY?  There is a group of us that get together near Albany. Next meeting is the 24th.

You came to the right place.

I lived in New Paltz for 5 years and worked in Gardiner.  I wish I was into archery when I lived there as there are a  few fine folks in your area.
