Near miss at pawn shop

Asked the owner of a relatively new pawn shop in our area if she ever has any long bows or recurves that come through. Wouldn't ya know she said I just missed a few a couple days ago. Both were Grayling Bears one a Grizzly the other a Polar each in great shape and she lettem go at 50 bucks a pop.

Oh so close, I would keep checking back or leave my phone # and have them call if they get anymore. Maybe next time

That doesn't happen here anymore.

Every pawn shop recurve has  price tag of 200 or more on it. They get to keep their cheapo banged up bows.
