I was set up in a favorite late season spot where there is a lot of honeysuckle.About 5pm I noticed about 5 does,a 2yr old 8pt and some yearlings nibbling their way towards me. When they closer,I made one of the does to be a small spike, actually a half spike.Since I still had too many tags and our season is about to close and the spike was the closest, I zipped a footed zwikey through both lungs with a homemade 65# longbow. He went about 50yards.

Nice! You must have shot the last one in the state, though--I haven't seen one downstate since December.
