Bateman or Big shot Poll
« on: February 07, 2015, 05:45:00 PM »
Ok I have a Bigshot and it's great. I have a HHA glove with the finger stalls and for me it kicks the arrow left from being so stiff. Always wanted to try a Bateman they just seem like a Hill type classic glove. If you have experience with both please let me know. Thank you!

Have no experience with the Bateman glove but their tabs are excellent.

I have both and the bateman is too thick and alot stiffer. Its a nice glove but i love the american leathers glove. Not really any break in time and they are easier to put on and the finger stalls dont move around like the bateman gloves do.

I like and shoot with both.  I feel I get a crisper release with the Bateman but it does tend to kick the arrow to the left.  The Bateman with inserts is quite a bit stiffer than the Howard Hill Classic.

I own the bigshot and is awesome. Never used a bateman but would like to try it oneday.I mostly use the dura glove anymore seams like feels warmer on cold days. But I get a better release with bigshot.

I have both the Bateman and the Big Shot. After shooting Bateman tabs for years, I switched to the Bateman glove about 1 year ago just to compare. For some reason, probably my own, this glove irritated my index finger causing soreness when shooting. Within the last couple of months I purchased a Big Shot off TG classifieds. So far I have no finger soreness when shooting with this glove. It appears that the "Big Shot" allows me to use a deeper hook, taking the pressure off my index finger and therefore allowing me to shoot pain free. Both gloves are well made and provide a very clean release. I now own two of each.   :campfire:

Haven't tried the Big Shot and, 'cause I love my Bateman, I doubt that I will.
