Who's making a t.d. longbow with fairly good reflex/deflex these days?

A better question would be who does not?

I will start the list with Bob Lee. I shoot a 58" hunter model and feel it is a smooth moderately priced bow.

We have several Firefly's that I believe are very close to what you're looking for.

Here's a pic of one to give you an idea of design profile:

You can read about and see a whole bunch of them here:

 http://www.braveheartarchery.us/new_page_20.htm

There's a link that will take you to both a photo gallery and an in stock list as well, lots to look at.  Just an FYI, the most popular length with long time Firefly shooters is the 62" of which we have several, but Jim will build you anything you want.  He makes several types of bows but the 3 piece take down longbow is his specialty.

V-Archer, your bows are gorgeous.  I suspect they shoot as good as they look.

Tom Parsons makes a very nice 3 piece td.  I have two of them and I shoot them better than any bow I have.  If you want to try them I am in Zebulon, NC

John,
I shot one of Roy's Navajo's at ATAR a couple of years ago and it was actually my favorite.  Trouble is, a the current cost of $995, it's a bit out of my price range....and I've never seen a used one.

BTW, hope you are doing well - I'm just down the road from ya in Wilson now.

Were gonna have to get together oneday soon! Were only about 30 miles from each other.I've been shooting Roys bows for a year or so. He's one fine fella and a great bowyer. Shot some of my best scores with his bows.

Mark Hornes Combo Hunter would be tough to beat.  Mark makes great bows, and they are wonderful people to deal with.  hornesarchery.com
