Picture of the Christmas bow winner.
« on: February 13, 2015, 04:23:00 PM »
This is Joanna, Her Grampa Jon Stewart, entered her in the drawing last December and he sent me some pictures, via mail, for me to scan upload and post here.  She also wrote a thank you letter.

(Jon isn't too savvy on this whole sharing photos on tradgang thing so he took pictures, had them developed, old school styled, and mailed them to me to do it for him, But my hats off to him, he did what he could do Thanks Jon.)

That is really nice.  I hope to get my granddaughter shooting with me this summer when she visits.  She is going to be 8 and time create another archer.

Thank You Mike for doing this good deed. My grandson still likes his bow from you. He is 7 and growing. But  in 2 days will have twin sisters.

It was a great surprise for my Joanna. The flu went thru the family so bad that we had to wait until Feb 7th to give her the bow, arrows and leather goods.

This was a great thing to do for the kids and I will get involved in helping in a quiet way the next time.  Got to pay it forward.

"You know you are my favorite grand daughter", but "papa, I am your only grand daughter".

We have that conversation every time we get together.  She looks like a ****** doll but let me tell you she has had as much blood on her hands helping gut deer as I have the last  couple of years. She shot a 6 point (not with a bow) this past fall and gutted about half of it before her dad took over.

Thanks again to all for making my Joanna smile.

Whoa, not sure what happened but that was a good word in front of "doll".
