Ken, the bow you won, did it come out of the Richland WA. shoot? In the early 90s, My brother, Dan and I use to donate 3 bows a year to the club for about 4 years. They were/are a great club.  ..OE

Sorry Macatawa!  I just got off the phone with Mr. Berry a while ago.  Ordered a sweet Morningstar between shoveling snow detail.

Is the "OE" a different series of the same bows he offers now, just a fancier or different version of them or is it just a nickname that he goes by and that's what you all are calling his bows now?

If I wanted an ARGOS...there's not a standard ARGOS and an "OE" ARGOS is there?

I know it might be a stupid question, but I wanted to ask and make sure anyway.

Thanks

From my understanding after talking with James a few times, including today, the OE bows are an improved design that, according to him, will make me want to throw my current Morningstar in the trash bin. I kinda doubt that, but at the same time it really makes me look forward to see what the mad bowyer has spawned since OE became the norm.

Yes that was it, I was over shooting with Dave Young and Aaron Fortune. It was a pretty honey colored bow with snake skins, unfortunately I put a knick in one of the lams accidently and it broke on me, I cried for a week, but it was totally my fault. The one I bought from you also had snake skins, it was a 55#er and I sold it a few years ago because it got a bit heavy for my old bones.

James you are correct on 1994, I was just recovering from falling off my roof and I may have even had my "boots" still on each foot. I believe you and I exchanged bad ankle stories. I talked to Dave just yesterday, he and I still go to a shoot or two each year, and yes he is one of the finer shooters around.

Glad to see your bow building business is still going strong.
