Any Long Draw Widow Shooters?
« on: October 05, 2007, 09:29:00 AM »
Just checking to see if there are any long draw length Black Widow shooters (+31" draw).  Whats your draw length and poundage?  Which bow are you shooting?   :archer:

I shoot a 64" PLII.  It is marked at 43#@28".  I shoot 31" arrows and will touch my knuckle with the back of the broadhead sometimes.  I draw just over 30".  It is 51# at that draw. I get 175fps with a 540gr arrow.

I had a  49#@28"  60" longs PSAII before this one that was 56# at 30".  It would shoot a 540gr arrow 185 fps.

Just for reference sake my next PL will be ordered at 43#@30".

thanks
citori

I have a 64" PMA II.  One set of limbs are 50 @ 32 and the other are 62 @ 32.  It is a beautiful, fast and smooth bow, without the stacking that I'd experienced with some other recurves.

SAII 62" 53#@30 though I am drawing 31.5".  Great bow. . . went with GT 55/75s, 250gr. on the front end including head.  Smooth and shoot bare shafts out to 30 yds. with no problem.
