Kentucky TGhost
« on: March 04, 2015, 08:31:00 PM »
A Friend from KY asked me to post a few pics of the bow I'm getting ready to send him. This one's a 56" static on a 13" riser. Phenolic riser with bocote overlays and some really nice bocote veneers for the limbs. Kind of a collaborative effort on the riser shape. I really like the lines and will end up building more this shape.

A turkey stik of dreams.

Kent has been a most outstanding bowyer to work with. He managed to create this masterpiece out of my incompetent and often times incoherent communications. This classic example exemplifies the artistry, craftsmanship and open-mindedness which he possesses.

Much appreciation and gratitude!

Kent....Thank you for posting pics

I really like the lines on this bow as well. The riser blends into the limbs very nicely. One of the better looking belly mounts that I have seen. Great job, and congrats to Friend!

That IS ONE BEAUTIFUL BOW. I have a desert camo. Love it. Bought it used but shoots and looks great. Took it to FL on a hog hunt in Feb.and shot a nice sow with two pass throughs (they are one tough animal) with an XX75 autumn orange 2117 tipped with an old Bear razorhead greenie and only 48#s @28. This bow really zips an arrow.
