spar varnish

For dipping arrows those that use spar varnish do you cut it with mineral spirits if so the %.

I don't. I dip arrows once with it and it comes out perfect. If you are off weight wise by say 8-10gr. dip again...weight comes up perfect! Nice trick someone told me about on here.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

I use Ace spar Varnish and thin 20% with Ace paint thinner. Same varnish as my rods use.
