I shot a 58" 1971 Grizzly for 43 years without any complaints, but I've become promiscuous in my old age and, by comparison to the Grizzly, I thought a Red Wing Hunter had a smoother draw and more zip downrange, a Super Grizzly was no better or worse than a Grizzly, the BP Hunter (709), 58", was a bit plodding and I had mixed experiences with K-Mags...loved a '67, struggled with a '71. I keep my eyes out for a comely '67 K-Hunter, 58", Hoyt Pro Hunter, and/or more exotic gal like the Groves Spitfire, 52" Wing Thunderbird and any number of the Herters, Browning and Colt bows, and I never shot a Necedah so tha'ts on my list to try. But I find myself shooting mostly 60-66" recurves with a lot of mass in the riser, which makes comparison to the magnums difficult.
