Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

Excellent take, Congratulations. That's great you went to the trouble to move with the gear. I find myself reluctant to pack up the blind, seat, etc. when I should.
I know how I'll feel when I get my first with a recurve. I thought my eyes would come out of my head with I killed my first with a compound several years ago.

A fine trophy! I'm still trying for my first with trad gear. I've gotten close, but have still failed to mount my first tradional fan. Congrats, and I hope there are many more to come.
If you buy one of the DIY mounting kits, follow the directions, and it will turn out great. That borax works well. But be sure to to stretch out and lay the fan exactly how you want it (feathers over-lapping, full fan, etc.) because once it's dried, that's where it will be forever!
