The Next Chapter
« on: April 13, 2015, 08:54:00 PM »
With my 9 1/2 month old daughter, priorities in my life have become easily simplified.  Not knowing if I'd be able to get out in the May turkey woods this year, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it will happen.  It will also be my first time in the woods with a longbow.  Lots of winter practice and getting to know my bow is filling my thoughts with excitement about encounters with the great American thunder chicken.  Also will give me an opportunity to see what it's like to run through scenarios with deer in range and how to hunt from the ground. Needless to say, May cant get here soon enough.

Best of luck!  It's amazing how priorities change when you're blessed with kids.
