Boot suggestions

Last turkey trip my brother and I learned a little lesson. $40 "waterproof" boots aren't really waterproof. I bought them to save some money and they work great when it's dry out here, but when the grass is wet they get soaked. I am looking at getting a nicer pair and was wondering what you all use. I'm looking for a pair around $200. Any input would be much appreciated.

Bean Boots will keep your feet dry, and quite a bit under $200.

For $200 there are a ton of options. You might need to narrow down the criteria. Are these going to be a multi-season/terrain boot, or more dedicated to one purpose?

It doesn't get extremely cold here, so warmth is not a trait I'm needing. I will be hunting pretty much all year so I'd rather have boots that will be comfortable in the summer, but keep my feet dry when I'm trekking through the wet grass in the winter. We travel through some rocky terrain some times, so I like boots that can grab a hold of rocks well. I'll take a look at the LL Beans.
