So the grass needs mowing .
But I want to shoot .
But the grass is tall in the archery range .
I got it , mow the archery range .
My wife didn't understand the logic .    :knothead:

Tall grass & weeds gives the range a "woodsy" atmosphere...
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

We had a huge snow a few years ago. I shoveled a path to my bow target...the driveway, not so much!   :jumper:    :jumper:

5-6 years ago I bought the wife a good riding mower.....she won't let me on her mower now.  It's a win-win.  Best 2800 dollars I ever spent !  :)

I shot for a couple hrs today. Then I came home and noticed a break in the rain, so I mowed the yard.

But I did shoot first!

Ryan your a genius but if I bought my wife a riding mower it would probably cost me another 2800 every time she mowed.

I know a guy who tried what Ryan did-bought his wife a new shotgun for her birthday.  She bought him an expensive new sewing machine for his!!!!

Three years ago my neighbor's lawn mower broke down. I said he could borrow mine. For repayment, every time he mowed his yard, he mowed my yard and trimmed the weeds.  The other day the dirty bugger bought a new mower, I'm screwed.
