This buck has a lot of the characteristics of a buck I chased for 3 years. His name was Godzilla. I have named him SOG ( Son of Godzilla) Hopefully he will be a main character in this years 5 pines saga. looks like I need to fix the date stamp!

Travis, You were not kidding. Definitely some little ones running around your area
:p
Cool Pic Jim... Did you bump him to make him run like that?
Just placed mine today. It will stay out for a couple weeks. The battery only seems to make it about 1 week though.

I'm curious to know if any of you have problems with trail cams and bears. Here in Jersy we have to check almost daily as Mr. Bruin seems to love to &*^%# with almost any camera you put out. They are either torn off or upside down. A friend had one actually bite one of his. Don't know what it is about them.

Someone said the bears like the smell of the plastic case. I put mine in a metal case now.

The best so far. This plot of soybeans is only two acres and they have annihilated them. The big bean fields are 3' tall and so thick you can't walk through them. Lots of bucks this year due to the two great acorn years and plenty of water.
