Ken, Is that a baby Moose?

I just put my camera out today. Hope to see something on it next week.  I probably picked up 50-60 Ticks in the process.
Relax,

Cool Bears Jim.

Here is my 1st weeks set.  4 deer in one week here is pretty good this early. A lot of food, a ton of cover and a lot of predators make them not move a  lot. besides they seem to be semi nomadic and do not follow any given trail on a regular basis on this place.

I was happy to see the 4 1/2 year old make  it. Not great genes here but I have been watching him for 3 years. His buddy in the early season, a 9 point with nice spread and short times was killed by the neighbor with a rifle last year.

These are so cool unfortunately it's so hot here I haven't gone out and set up my camera again. May have to suck it up and do it anyway.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
