A little warning if it's your first time to this rodeo....... if it's something you really want, make sure you've bid your max cause this guy could be lurking and looking to 'knock you off' at the last moment.

Haha! That's for sure the truth Ray! Happened to me more than once! But, in the past, I have been both sniper and snipee!

Sorry man. I've been spying that knife all week. I've been playing the auction for quite a few years now and have been on the receiving end of a snipe.  You're bid came in with about 3 minutes to go and I shrieked. I waited till the last minute .

holy cow.  I was out of the house busy all evening, and there was one thing I sincerely wanted that I bid on in the first forum.  and, I got it!  that med weight wool camo shirt is mine!  

I really figured id have got sniped, and in all four forums there is exactly one more thing I want even half as much.  go me.
