Tuning issues

I am shooting a Timberhawk premier. 46@28. I am drawing around 27.5. I have been trying to bare shaft tune. My arrows are Easton Gamegetter 2016(500) spine. They are showing nock left.  I have been cutting them down. They continue to show weak. I have cut them to where they are at the front edge of the riser and I am down to a 100 grain head. They have improved with each change but still not perfect. From all I have read this arrow should be in the correct range for the bow. Is there something else I need to look at, or is it possible that I need to switch to a full length 400.

Where do the arrows impact compared to identically fletched arrows .  I like to look at where they shoot. Impact left of fletched group = stiff.  Right = weak.
 Shouldn't show weak if you're cutting them, with such a lite head.  Maybe a false stiff.
 I'm sure there may be other issues as well but I'd start with group tuning.
 500 spine should be about right

I would think you are getting some kind of false reading, or you are somehow influencing the result with your release or form. You should be at about 45# at your DL, and the 2016 should be too stiff for that? I would think a 1916 would be a better choice.

So maybe I am not fully understanding what I have read. If I just shoot a bare shaft and its nock left its weak. If I shoot a group of bare and a group of fletched and the bare shafts are left of the group they are stiff. Is this correct.

Yes. If bare shafts are grouping left, they are stiff, right hand shooter.
 And as stated above , there maybe form or release or grip issues as well.
 If you are going to hunt with this set up, decided on a braodhead and weight first then tune your arrows to that weight
  At least this is how I go about it.
 Right now I'm tuning my HH longbow 50@28 drawing about 27" . can't get good flight with carbons for yhe 200 grains i want to shoot, so I'm tuning some woodies 50-55.  I feel your pain
