forgot to mention...deal with Rick and stay away from Karen if you can! I am sure Bryan Monty and the gang have had great luck with her, I haven't. Rick on the other hand is beyond awesome!

40 mile is easy....but make sure you're up and up on your weight! they will weigh EVERYTHING!
