Ferr-L-tite, the Amber hot melt glue.
I'm sure you will get several different suggestions but if you want to adjust, removed them I think hot melt works the best

Industrial strength hot glue.

I got a huge roll of hot melt from Northern Mist, been pleased with it and should last at least another 50 years or so.

Another vote for Ferr-L-Tite amber . . . and an electric heat gun.

Amber Ferr L Tite and a alcohol burner from the dollar store.  I wipe out the inside of the arrowheads with alcohol too.  Some points are really oily and dirty inside.

i used the amber ferr-l-tite for a long time and always had problems in the cold with points coming out.  seems to become brittle in the cold...even with scouring the inside of the point and cleaning with acetone.

switched to craft store glue-gun glue.  never had a point come off since...i use it for carbons too without any issues.  the best part is you can get 20 or so sticks for about $5...essentially a lifetime supply.
