Nothing is better then your best friend and hunting partner on a new adventure

Now if if I can get PRED80 to come with Brian and I bears or no bears it would be a hunt to remember
Friends are easy to come by but good hunting partners are a rare breed

Gary talked me into it (didn't take too much talking) and surprisingly, it didn't take too much talking to gain permission from my better half.

So I'm in on Bear Quest 2016!!!!!

I talked to Tom about it tonight to confirm things and I'm really excited! June can't come soon enough.

I think I need to build myself a new longbow now specifically for this event. Green glass should blend in well with the vegetation and I definitely will have pics of the build on the Bowyers Bench.

Luckily I got in with only a couple spots available still! This will be my first time hunting bears and I don't think I could have picked a better place with better guys in camp then I did. Can't wait for June to get here!

Last June was my first time on Bear Quest and it proved to be a great time. Got my first Trad Kill with a 147# boar and met a great bunch of guys. Don't let the low stands and close shots intimidate you.........lol

Did four of them and would have loved to be part of this one. Tom puts on a super hunt and you won't meet a better bunch. Would have jumped on this one in a heartbeat but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to pass. Best of luck to those going and you won't be disappointed. Fred and Rod in camp are a bonus for sure. Did one of Rod's clinics a few years back and it was money well spent.
