Not only was there it a little snow, it was COLD. Western South Dakota.

I think it was about 10 degrees with a 30 mph wind. I'm too old to be dumb enough to hunt in weather like that, but there I am, anyway.
 
Sept 23 of 2013; 'early' elk season.
 
A nice, sunny day, about 20 degrees.
