Timberpoint Archery
«

just got confirmation that my new Timberpoint "Kraken" has been shipped.
I shoot lots of arrows every day and have decided I want to get involved in both field archery and field target archery. I wanted a long bow that was NFAA and IBO legal and chose this long bow for both its beauty and the award winning reputation it has in South Africa and in Europe. The bowyer was originally building them in SA and now lives in Estonia. Recently this bow took all the awards in the USA Nationals and the shooter also broke three standing records.
the bow is 68 inches long and 38lbs at 27. it will be used to for target shooting only.
riser is Mac Ebony and African Rosewood. I am really looking to getting my hands around it.

If it shoots like it looks it should be a winner...

Big loss for South African's when Jaco moved to Estonia! Many trad archers over here has a timberpoint bow.

Congrats,
this bow is awsome.
I was pleased to shoot Hubis's Kraken.
Man, what shall I say.....,
smooth, powerfull and absolutly satisfying like having good sex.
Normaly I'm a recurve shooter but after shooting Hubi's Kraken I was thinking about to change!
He has all properties and comfort I missed on a longbow before.
