Centaur I feel your pain, been there myself. I look at it as challenge we face shooting stickbows the hard way.  I hate to admit it but I missed my first 5 shots at lopes a few years back over a water hole.  Went home and practiced daily. Next year I was back and made a good shot on my first arrow.

Wow!. What size of lens did you use? you should make prints of that. It would also serve as a great pic on a monthly calendar.

That's what I like about you guys...not afraid to tell of our misses. My wheel bow buddies would have 101 excuses and been cryin like a baby eatin onions,and oh yea great pic, that would make an awesome print!

Sounds like some of my hunts. Keep at it. I think we have all been there once or twice..
